GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. What types of items can be embroidered?

We can embroider a wide range of items including shirts, sweaters, blankets, beanies, & more. Check out our spotlight page to check out some of our unique items. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to contact us to chat.

2. Can I provide my own items for embroidery?

Yes! If it’s an item that we can embroider, we have no problem doing so. Please ensure the items are clean and in good condition!

3. Is there a minimum order quantity? (MOQ)

As of now, we have NO minimum quantity. Whether its a single design, or several we are here to help!

4. How long does it take to complete an order?

Our standard turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks from the date of order. Depending on the complexity of the design, & size of order times may vary. Local orders may be a shorter wait time.Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

5, Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we accommodate bulk orders for events, teams, business or teams. Please contact us for more details.

Customization

6. How do i submit a custom design?

We offer several options- the quickest way would be through Instagram- You can also upload your design through our website HERE. You can also contact us through email. Visit our CONTACT PAGE

7. Can you help me create a design?

Absolutely! Depending on time of year & available time, our design team can work with you to create a custom design that fits your vision. Depending on the complexity of the design you may be informed about a digitizing fee.

Ordering & Shipping

8. What are your payment options?

As of right now we accept secured e-transfer, cash payments & Pay-Pal.

9. Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

We offer shipping across Canada & pick up/drop off within the local area! (Kingston Ontario) Shipping times & costs will vary based on your location. Local drop off’s will acquire an additional $10 fee.


10. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor progress. This is for both orders made on the website & myself.

Payments & Refunds

11. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancellations or modifications are accepted prior to deposits being placed. Once a deposit is place their may be additional fees for any designs requiring more work, changes in product type, and quantity.

13. Do you offer refunds & exchanges?

Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you.

Care & Maintenance

12. How do i care for my embroidered items?

We recommend washing your items on a gentle cycle with cold water and air drying them to maintain the quality of the thread. This will also eliminate any additional shrinkage.
