What is "digitizing," and do I need it?
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. We specialize in manual digitizing to ensure your logo looks crisp, clean, and professional.
Can I provide my own item for embroidery?
In many cases, yes! We have experience embroidering unique items like horse saddles, bags, and blankets. Feel free to reach out to see if your item is suitable for stitching.
When will I get my order?
Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days once the design is approved. For complex custom projects or larger bulk orders, we’ll provide a specific timeline during the quoting process.
Do you offer local pickup and delivery?
Yes! If you are located in the Kingston area, you can select the local pickup option at checkout to save on shipping costs.
What is your return policy on custom items?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns. However, we send a digital preview for your approval before we start stitching to ensure you love the final result! If by any chance there is a mistake on our end we will replace accordingly.
